£40,000 – £45,000 + OTE £55k – £60k + Training + Benefits + Car

Northern Region, covering of Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield and Stoke

Are you a Sales Manager with an engineering background or similar looking to work with a market leading business, where you will step up and manage a driven and successful regional sales team and be directly responsible for driving the success of the business and directly benefit through uncapped commission?

This role would suit a Sales Manager looking to take the reins within a key region for a major Engineering and Maintenance service provider where you will be recognised for continued growth, have full control of a sales team within your region.

The company is a Market Leader have a great employee retention rate, keeping the employees at the heart of everything they do, as well as maintaining the steady growth of the business as a whole. Off the back of recent success, they are looking to add a dedicated Depot Supervisor to support the team and drive success together.

This role would suit a Sales Manager with an engineering background or similar who is looking for a highly autonomous role with uncapped commission potential.

The Role:

• Regularly attend client and site visits
• Develop significant accounts within your region
• Develop and coach Sales Managers within your region

• Engineering background
