Day to day, you will be responsible for delivering technical training in mechanical refrigeration engineering, assessing trainee coursework, and providing specialized advice to other functional groups. You will also be maintaining documentation, assessing and providing feedback on trainee performance, ensuring safety procedures and organizing exams.
This role would suit an F-GAS Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to directly impact the future of Military Engineers and unlock your full potential as a Trainer / Tutor. The company also offers a generous holiday package, excellent pension scheme and a great progression structure.
* Deliver theoretical and practical training in mechanical refrigeration engineering, including system routines, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. * Act as Module Responsible Instructor, maintaining training documentation, assessing trainee coursework, and ensuring trainee well-being. * Manage equipment maintenance, enforce health and safety procedures, organize and oversee examinations, provide specialist advice, and maintain training experience records. * 37-hour week, 8:30-4:30.
* Level 3 F-GAS Qualification * Looking to pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers through training * No teaching qualification needed – full training program provided and funded. Initial 6 months shadowing, funded qualification & training program.
