The Role:
- Improve and maintain supply-chain resilience
- Lead and participate in projects to develop and improve products and procedures
- Innovate and problem-solve to ensure issues the R&D team face are dealt with
The Person:
- Experience in working within the product development industry autonomously
- Experience using CAD software
- An understanding of Thermodynamics, refrigeration and electrical principles
