Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a specialism in JCT and NEC contracts, looking for a hands-on where you will be responsible for providing commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecast and helping to ensure that business targets and KPI’s are exceeded?

Are you looking to work for a well-established, rapidly growing and highly regarded M&E contractor, working within an expert team who provide exceptional services on a new builds, fit-outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in a plethora of sectors from healthcare to logistics?

The Role:

• Assist the management team by providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to help surpass business targets and KPIs
• Compile monthly cost/value reports for the designated area, analyse the results and trends with other members of the contract team
• Generate commercial reports, review the findings and trends with other members of the contract team
• Measure the physical progress of the work and reach an agreement with the client and subcontractors
• Confirm and process payment for subcontractor accounts, closely monitor these accounts against projections, and ensure optimal cash flow by guaranteeing timely receipt of payments

The Person:

• Previous experience in QS position
• Experience in negotiating JCT and NEC’s
