On offer is the opportunity to join a dedicated team, supporting Associates and Directors with the management of internal and external relationships, ultimately ensuring the success of the business, whilst building and developing relationships with clients.

In this role, you will be heavily involved in all stages of construction projects, from pre-contract through to post-contract, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of professional Quantity Surveying services across commercial, residential, public and private sectors, maintaining a culture of constructive expertise and contributing to strategic plans for the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to prove their experience as a Quantity Surveyor and be able to apply their skills to a business that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the built environment.

The Role:

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Work on all RIBA stages on large projects, working on tasks with other team members
• Manage and report costs on projects, highlighting areas for improvement
• Produce and collate accurate project documentation and project reports
• Organise meetings between stakeholders and attend site where necessary

The Person:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction consultancy
