Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a growing construction business who operate all over Northern Ireland and part of the UK, and are looking for someone to manage projects around Tyrone who will provide career progression, inhouse and external training along with a host of company benefits and a yearly bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a construction company who have grown over 40 years, from humble beginnings to operating out of three offices over Northen Ireland and the UK. The company work mostly in construction of residential properties but also work on commercial premises and have contracts with companies such as Irish Water.

This role will primarily be based out of the companies offices in Dungannon with the occasional site visit, looking after a variety of projects including residential and civil utilities. This role we see you negotiating contracts, preparing tenders, identify cost issues and submitting valuations on work.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a growing business that can put them on interesting projects and the path to career progression alongside internal training, access to external courses and company benefits such as private healthcare and Life Insurance.
