Hybrid, home-based with office visits to Birmingham

Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking to grow and develop your career further within a globally established organisation, that offers you the chance to be exposed to a variety of large-scale property developments and projects, that allows the autonomy to manage your day-to-day workload?

The role will be a mix of office and site based, where you will be working on a diverse range of projects. You will work closely with the tight-knit team of Surveyors and have the opportunity to undertake site visitations and liaise with other departments, site managers, and external contractors as you work on a diverse range of projects within a local patch.

This company is one of the market leaders within the commercial construction industry, being globally established and exceeding a turnover of £800 million last year. They are looking to continue in this direction, expanding more and more the UK, off the back of this they are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

This would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background who is looking to become one of the go-to Surveyors for a globally renowned company.

The Role:

• Work on varied projects
• Preparing Quotations
• Negotiating Tenders
• Reading Drawings
• Home based with travel to project sites
