Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking for a varied role in a company experiencing a period of strong organic growth, where you will have the autonomy to head up specialist Construction projects for a broad client base and have the opportunity to continually to progress to senior leadership?

This construction-focused company operates in many areas including fire protection, electrical, drainage and environmental across both the public and private sector. Due to an ever increasing workload the company are looking for a new QS to head up projects across all of these areas.

You will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of a range of projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide accurate cost estimates, monitor expenses, and ensure on time and within budget completion of the projects.

This autonomous role would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar with a background in construction looking to make an impact in a fast-growing company providing a platform for ongoing career progression.

The Role:

• Cost estimating for projects, including monitoring budgets.
• Site visits to ensure projects are on track.
• Liaising with subcontracts, suppliers and engineers.
• Work on dynamic projects across numerous sectors

• Quantity Surveyor or similar
