Are you a Quality Manager, or a Quality Engineer aiming to progress, looking for a role with complete autonomy, where you will play an integral part of the senior management team, scoping out a long and successful career with a leading local manufacturer?

The company has a proven track record of supporting and developing staff into senior leadership roles.
You will be responsible for developing quality procedures, working with the Production Manager to create solutions to quality issues, providing training and supporting the Inspection team.
This role would suit a Quality Manager or Engineer looking to join a manufacturer that actively prioritises employee success and offers a versatile role with management training if needed.
The Role:
- Implement inspections, testing and evaluation methods
- Identify and raise quality issues
- Maintain existing ISO 9001:2015 certification
- Maintain all Quality documentation
- Train and oversee Quality Inspectors
