In this role you will be working proactively to implement and improve quality processes and to train each member of staff on them. Much of this role will involve conducting NCRs, liaising with relevant certifying bodies, overseeing audits, and maintaining the ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.

This company were founded nearly 100 years ago and provide technical solutions for hazardous conditions, such as Defence, Oil and Gas, and Aviation. They are looking to double their production team this year and continue with their growth for many years to come.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer looking to make a difference in a tight-knit team, where they will have full autonomy to mould the role into their own.

The Role:

• Conducting NCRs, overseeing audits, and liaising with certifying bodies
• Maintaining the ISO standards
• Technical training of all staff on quality procedures
• Monday to Thursday, 7am – 5pm, finish at 12pm on Friday, 39 hours a week
• Flexible working hours

The Person:

• Quality Engineer
• Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, or similar background
• Experience implementing systems and procedures
