Do you have electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering / manufacturing experience, or experience with LED manufacturing, looking to step into a pivotal role with a market leading manufacturer of premium rechargeable and battery powered lighting products, which is currently pushing the boundaries of lighting technology by producing cutting edge rechargeable lighting systems, looking to double it’s turnover in the next 18 months, where you will benit directly from their ongoing success?

You will be responsible for developing Quality Management, Health, Safety and Compliance systems, as well as coaching and developing the production team, within a company which is invested in your professional development.

You will have a strong technical background, with electrical, electronic and mechanical know-how, from a manufacturing environment, looking to join an ambitious, forward thinking and innovative company where you will manage systems, as well as the wider manufacturing team.

The role:

• Develop, consolidate and expand the business’ systems in product quality, business management through ISO 9001, Health, Safety and Environmental
• Improve upon Risk Assessment procedures
• Coach and develop the Production Team, resolving internal and supply chain quality issues
• Ensure compliance

The person:

• Technical knowledge / understanding of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems / machinery from a manufacturing environment
• Some management or supervisory experience
