The Role:

• Lead the introduction and implementation of automotive quality standards for successful certification
• Manage the quality management system and ensure adherence to internal procedures
• Define, document, and maintain necessary processes and procedures
• Supervise a team of Senior Quality Engineers, requiring strong communication skills and relationship-building
• Maintain records as per the standard and collaborate with other departments for data collection and reporting
• Develop productive working relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels of the organisation

The Person:

• HNC/HND in engineering-related discipline
• Auditor Training qualification
• Expertise in ISO9001, IATF16949, problem-solving, and QMS management and auditing
