Are you a Quality Engineer from a precision engineering background looking to step into a challenging yet rewarding position for a long-standing manufacturer, offering a wide variety of work, plenty of responsibility, and a generous remuneration package?

In this role you will underpin the Quality department, leading by example through mentoring and coaching the team. This will include conducting NCRs and audits, interpreting engineering drawings, and implementing continuous improvement strategies, reporting directly to the Technical and Quality Directors.

This company specialise in machining, fabrication, assembly, and installation on a wide array of engineering projects within the defence, aviation, nuclear, and marine industries. They were founded over 40 years ago and have a turnover of over £10 million, looking to increase on this year on year.

This role would suit somebody with a Precision Engineering background, looking to play an integral part in the Quality Management of an international manufacturer.

The Role:

• Support the Quality Director in maintaining all applicable standards
• Investigate any NCRs, liaise with clients, conduct internal audits
• Work on large projects ranging from 2 months to 5 years
• Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, finish at 2pm on Friday
