Are you a Quality Engineer from an Aerospace background? On offer is an autonomous and exciting role within a well-established and rapidly growing Commercial Airline where you will undertake varied Technical responsibilities- primarily inspections- on a fleet of civilian aircraft and have the opportunity to upskill yourself and progress technically, in addition to increasing your earnings through a bonus and progression opportunities.
This company are a well-established airline who have continually grown since their establishment 23 years ago to the point they now have over 300 employees. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a dynamic individual to join their tight knit Technical Services department.
This varied and autonomous role will see you working closely with another engineer as you inspect the fleet of aircraft to ascertain which aircraft require servicing and maintenance, and to write up reports on them, which you then pass to maintenance. This role will see you working closely with other departments, liaising with senior leadership and ensuring that the department runs efficiently.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer looking for a varied and autonomous role within a growing yet well-established commercial airline who are known for looking after and progressing their employees.
The Role: * Undertaking inspections on fleet of aircraft * Ensuring regulations, requirements and procedures are followed regarding servicing * Writing reports to pass on to maintenance team * Liaise with and make recommendations to maintenance department * Evaluate and review technical queries
The Person: * Quality Engineer or similar * Aerospace / Fleet / Inspection background * Commutable to Scunthorpe
