You will lead the QC team to ensure quality is promoted both internally and externally as well as responsible for the calibration and verification of testing equipment.

The Role:

• Interaction with operations leaders to raise and manage quality investigations
• Manage the training and induction of all QC staff
• Carry out quality testing to support the QC team when needed
• Manage and over see the activities of QC staff
• Identify trends or reoccurring issues and promote action plans
• Manage QC teams shift rotas and overtime

The Person:

• Quality Control Testing Experience or Similar ie Sampling, Calibration, Maintenance in a Lab environment
• Experience working in a 24 hour manufacturing environment
