With your knowledge of Microbiological and Chemical requirements for food safety and quality you will be the go-to contact for the Suppliers and have complete control over the Quality Assurance with them. In this senior role you will play an integral role in ensuring suppliers meet appropriate audit standards, whilst maintaining strong relationships.

DUTIES
* Build positive but professional relationships with all suppliers
* Audits suppliers according to necessary microbiological and chemical standards
* Some travel to suppliers when necessary

PERSON
* Technical knowledge of Microbiological and Chemical requirements for food safety and quality is a must
* Previously worked on quality audits
* A background in the food industry or similar relatable microbiological / chemical experience
