Hybrid – (4 days in Office, 1 remote)

£85,000 – £95,000 + 10% bonus + 4% pension + Company benefits

In this role you will develop growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction. There is also a focus on identifying top market developments and trading opportunities.

This role would suit a QIS Trader looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a company working on exciting market leading solutions, where no two days are the same.

THE ROLE:

• Provide pricing support to support growing QIS and Hybrids initiatives
• facilitate client order flow and execution
• Risk reports, perform detailed analysis, as well designing summary reports of key drivers

• Identifying top market developments and trading opportunities.
• Execute trades in-house, including portfolio rebalancing, switches and currency hedges

• Quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies

THE PERSON:

• QIS Trader
• Willing to travel to office in London 4 days a week
• Experience of financial markets and instruments
• Exsperience of strategies across asset classes
• Experience of Python and similar technologies
