Are you a Purchasing Manager or similar from a Manufacturing / Textiles background looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be the go-to expert on site for all procurement matters within a tight-knit yet leading textile manufacturing company offering progression to senior roles and occasional business trips to meet suppliers?

This company are one of Europe’s largest yarn merchants and specialise in providing tailored yarn solutions to a range of sectors including apparel, upholstery, technical yarns and knitting yarns. They are well known for their family culture and staff retention and now employ over 300 employees across the Group with a team of 5 on site in Bradford. Due to further growth and success, they are now looking to expand their Purchasing team.

This varied and exciting role will see you become the go-to expert within the company for all procurement matters as you work closely with senior leadership to ensure company budgets are adhered to as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers effectively controlling the overall direction of procurement activity within the company.

This role would suit a Purchasing Manager or similar looking for a varied and autonomous role within a market leading Textiles company who offer on-going opportunities for progression across the Group as well as all-expenses paid business trips around the world to meet with suppliers.

The Role:

• Deal with all Purchasing / Procurement matters within the company
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients
• Work to KPI’s and oversee KPI activities

• Liaise with other departments and senior leadership
• Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 05:30pm

The Person:

• Purchasing Manager or similar
• Background in Manufacturing / Textiles
• Commutable to Bradford
