Are you a Property or Lettings Manager looking to play a principal role for a small tight-kit company, within a varied position that is 70% office based, offering fast progression in to a senior roles as well as commission and a bonus to boost earnings?
The company was founded in June 2019 and provides mainly commercial maintenance solutions to 15 of the biggest Letting agencies and many private landlords across Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Overseeing contractors, arranging and managing all work on property portfolios for private clients.
Your role will involve you covering a regional patch, dealing with clients and out sourcing maintenance work. You will also build new business and maintain current relationships. The role will be 70% office based so you will need to be able to commute to Corby.
This role would suit someone for a Property or Lettings background that’s looking to cover a regional patch with a 70% office split, earning commission on business done and taking advantage of flexible working hours.
