Are you a Property or Lettings Manager looking for an autonomous role where you will undertake a range of B2B responsibilities within a rapidly growing Property Maintenance company who provide commission to increase your earnings and the opportunity to make your mark on the company from day 1?

This tight-knit company have seen rapid growth and a huge increase in workload since their establishment in 2019 to the point they have 4 full time employees and over 30 subcontractors who they regularly liaise with. They have major aims of expansion across the UK starting with the Leicestershire Area.

This varied role will see your workload primarily split between three areas-new business development, resourcing to build and maintain a network of contractors/tradespeople and then also regular liaising with clients, contractors and staff. You will work autonomously and with the tight-knit leadership team providing the opportunity to be a crucial member of the company as you work primarily in the office with occasional travel around Leicestershire.

This dynamic role would suit a Property / Lettings Manager or similar looking to play an essential part within a tight-knit and growing Property Maintenance company who provide major opportunities for progression and the chance to increase your earnings through an achievable commission structure.

The Role:

  • Building and maintaining a list of contractors and tradespeople
  • Undertake some Business Development work
  • Catch up calls with tradesmen, clients and customers
  • Liaise with Landlords, Agents, Student Housing companies etc.
  • Local travel around Leicestershire
  • Opportunity to progress to senior roles

The Person:

  • Property / Lettings Manager or similar
  • Happy to undertake local travel – Full Driving Licence
  • Commutable to Leicester
