In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that all project milestones are met within budget and on schedule. The role also involves managing stakeholder communication, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.

The ideal Project Manager will have a strong background in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Railway Engineering, combined with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. They should excel at managing complex projects, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

The Role:

  • Develop detailed project plans and set milestones.
  • Manage project budgets and conduct reviews.

The Person:

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects.
  • Background in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Railway Engineering.
  • Familiarity with NEC contract conditions and project control systems.
