Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background in Construction/Civils and a knowledge of Design principles and technical drawings, looking for a varied role, within a world class builder of civil, residential and commercial projects, that offers an annual performance bonus, early finish on a Friday and hybrid work?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading Civil Engineering and Building Company, delivering high quality projects across the UK and Ireland. They operate in all aspects of Construction from Civils and Water Infrastructure through to Commercial and Residential projects, and are well known for their progression and training opportunities.

In this role you will be working as a Project Manager, overseeing the Design phase of construction projects. You will Identify, Appoint & Manage External Design Teams to meet the project brief and ensure the design programs are achieved, whilst responsible for the co-ordination and approval of all construction drawings and information to ensure these meet budgets and clients requirements. As well as this, you will also liaise with the Construction Team’s at the handover from Pre-construction to onsite and ensure all relevant and key information is distributed to the construction team.

The Role:
* Co-ordinate and manage Design Teams
* Liaising between commercial, financial and construction teams to ensure projects are within budget, meet specifications and assist in the completion of designs and planning.
* Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday 4pm Finish)

The Person:
* Worked in Construction or Civil Engineering
* Familiar with Technical Drawings, and the design stage of construction projects
* UK driving License (Company Car supplied)
* Commutable to Kegworth and surrounding areas in East Midlands
