Are you an experienced Project Manager from a Construction or Consultancy background looking to work for a market leading multi-disciplined Architectural Partnership, with progression and ongoing training and development?
Do you want to work on some of the most exciting new Leisure projects in the UK and also be able to give back, with some of the most forward-thinking housing projects for people with special needs as well as the NHS and Education sectors?

As an experienced Project Manager you can join an exciting and modern partnership with excellent career development and the potential to achieve Directorship and Partnership working on interesting and meaningful projects.
The role will be a mix of office and site based, where you will be working on a diverse range of exciting projects. They are looking for someone who they can mould into a future leader of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Clients and Design Team members to clarify brief
• Arranging surveys and site investigations
• Attending Design Team meetings & co-ordinating the design process/team
• Overseeing & assisting with the Tender Process – liaising with Contractors and Design Team members to resolve queries
• Assisting with the Contractor’s selection process and attending the Pre-Commencement meeting
• Taking the overall responsibility to deliver a completed project in the role of Project Manager working alongside the Commercial Manager/ QS and other professionals on projects
• Close liaison and co-ordination of the Design Team and Contractors as required

Requirements

• Previously in a Project Management role within Consultancy or Construction
• Full and clean driving licence
