Are you a Project Manager with experience in Portable Buildings and Refurbishment, seeking an exciting opportunity with a well-established business known across Europe for providing specialist supply, installation, and refurbishment services of modular buildings?

Do you have a background in Construction, seeking a varied role with an expanding business, where you will benefit from internal and external training as well as progression opportunity to Operations Manager level, managing multiple projects of different scales from conception through to completion?

As the new Project Manager you will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and supervising numerous project lifecycles at any one time, delivering industry leading services in line with strategic and financial objectives, maintaining and developing relationships with some of the major manufacturers within the modular building industry.

The Role:

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, delivery timelines and costs
• Develop project plans and present to clients and staff
• Be the point of contact for both clients and project workers
• Travel between project sites to monitor performance and ensure timely delivery

The Person:

• Project management experience or similar
• Experience in modular / portable / temporary buildings
• Full UK Drivers’ License
