Are you a Project Manager from a Commercial Property / Fit-out / Refurb background looking for an autonomous and dynamic Consultancy role with occasional travel where you can upskill yourself in Surveying and play an essential role in the ongoing success of a fast-expanding consultancy who provide a clear progression structure into senior roles?
This company are a specialist design and M&E consultancy who work with a broad client base nationwide, primarily Commercial Properties in London. They are experiencing a period of rapid growth and are looking to further grow their tight-knit team of Consultants.
This exciting role will see you undertake varied project based responsibilities including undertaking surveys to assist with fit outs and refurbs on projects, with consultative support on a range of commercial properties, working primarily in office with occasional client visitation – 1x per week maximum. You will be working closely with the Director and other engineers with options to build your career in a new company.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a Commercial Property / Fit-out background looking for a varied consultancy role offering ongoing specialist training opportunities to upskill yourself in surveying.
The Role:
* Varied project-based responsibilities for fit out / refurb projects
* Provide consultative support to clients
* Undertake surveys on commercial properties
* Design, specification & project management
* Office based with some client visitation- primarily in London
The Person:
* Project Manager or similar
* Commercial Property / Fit-out / Refurb background
* Looking to upskill in Surveying
* Based in Bristol- happy to undertake occasional site visitation in London
