Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background in BMS looking for your next career challenge within a rapidly expanding BMS company who are known for looking after their staff, offering clear progression pathways and the ability to take a leading role within the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a market-leading Automation company that install and commission a wide range of Building Management Systems on behalf of various blue-chip clients across the UK. They specialise in various Ventilation systems including Trend and Siemens. The company based out of Northern Ireland are in the early stages of branching out into the UK market and are looking for a permanent Project Manager to join their team.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include overseeing various projects across London, which can involve overseeing the design and commissioning of the relevant technical systems. You will also take on a more hands-on site based role co-ordinating contractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of each stage of the project.

This role would suit a Project Manager or similar with a background in BMS looking for your next technical challenge within an Automation company who will give you the opportunity to truly own your role, become a leading figure within the business and a progression pathway to senior management.

The Role:

• Project Management on sites worth over £500K
• Visiting Client Sites, liaising with contractors
• Reporting / Presenting to Regional Director
• Monday – Friday – 37.5 hour week
• Hybrid working options
• Company Car / Allowance

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Electrical / BMS background
• Commutable around London patch
