In this role, you will be overseeing signalling projects as a Project Engineer and being trained up into a Contractors Responsible Engineer. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to standards, legislation, and specifications in signalling construction, evaluating the competence of project personnel, managing subcontractors, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to achieve cost targets and ensure project success while maintaining compliance. Additionally, the role involves resolving technical issues, managing changes, and overseeing the safe delivery of projects in line with established practices and documentation standards.

THE ROLE
* Oversee signalling projects as a Project Engineer, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications, and liaising with Signalling Design CRE’s when required.
* Manage subcontractors, evaluate project personnel competence, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to meet cost targets and ensure project success.
* Resolve technical issues, manage changes, and maintain documentation standards to ensure safe project delivery while adhering to established practices.
