Are you a Project Engineer with a Design background, looking for a varied and challenging role that offers continuous technical progression, training and development?
Do you want to work with an SME that supplies their machines globally where you will have an opportunity to travel to client sites as well as manage projects from cradle to grave?
This company specialise in processing raw materials into process raw materials and designing, manufacturing and supplying different processing equipment and rotary vessels. This role will require travelling to North Wales around 2x per year maximum, and the need to be flexible for a nightly stay 2x a year.
This role would suit a Project Design Engineer from a Mechanical background with experience with Process Equipment, looking for technical progression, training and development.
THE ROLE:
* Understanding and implementing Machinery Directive design standards and compliance specifications
* Project Management from initial project brief/handover through to delivery and often installation/commissioning.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and other engineers throughout the project delivery process.
* Ability to formulate and work to agreed Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
* Support and be directed by the Senior Project Engineer in all aspects of the delivery of a project from sales handover through to installation/commissioning & sign-off of the project.
* Creating and understanding detailed engineering drawings (AutoCAD 2D / SolidWorks 3D CAD)
