Are you a Programme Manager from a Commercial background looking to work a fixed term contract directly oversee a cutting edge project within a rapidly expanding company leading a consortium at the forefront of future drone Technology where you will be the go-to technical specialist responsible for programme delivery?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal part in the success of a major multi-million £ project spearheaded by a highly reputable company who develop technology products and provide subject matter expertise to the Defence, Security and Aerospace industries.
In this dynamic role you will be the go-to specialist responsible for the on-time and within budget delivery of a project ran by a consortium of 20 + companies who are working on the future of Drone technology within Aerospace through working on Commercial and Civilian Applications. This will see you directly overseeing workload, driving the project forward through liaison with departments and companies and working on programme strategy.
This varied leadership role would suit a Programme Manager or similar who has worked on Agile / Waterfall based projects looking for a dynamic commercial role working in the ever growing drone sector on an initial 12 month fixed term basis.
The Role:
- Drive programme forward towards completion
- Oversee work to ensure delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise with teams, other companies within consortium and on site staff
- Undertake varied technical responsibilities
- Hybrid role- with some site visitation- especially in the final 4 months of the contract
- Fixed term contract- initial 12 month period
