Production Technician

This company are a renewable energy generator, specialising in converting specialist fuels to produce electricity. They operate several power stations in the country, all of which are firsts of their kind in the UK, and worldwide with the latest technologies and developments.

In this role you will carry out day to day temperature checks and pressure checks on rotating and steam based machinery, you will monitor and evaluate machinery across the plant for potential issues to prevent breakdowns, you will also help provide first fix maintenance as well as dealing with loading and unloading of deliveries on site.

To be considered you must have at least strong DIY skills, and ideally a trade behind you. Any experience with rotating machinery, process equipment or steam will be a big advantage.

This role works a mixture of Days and nights working from 7-7 12-hour shifts.

*Must live local to Eye, Suffolk
*Must be comfortable with shifts
