Do you come from a sheet metal background, with any experience managing or leading a team, looking to progress into a Production Manager role, with specific training and development provided to ensure you will be the best in your field, whilst operating with a high degree of responsibility within an autonomous role, directly managing a team of highly skilled engineers?

Are you looking to join a company with over 45 years of experience as a leader in its field, manufacturing high quality parts for a variety of industries from defence to pharmaceuticals, which is actively growing and looking to expand further?

As the Production Supervisor, you will be a key player, leading a dedicated team of engineers and thereby helping to grow a market leading company.

You will have ownership of the whole production process, driving efficiency and developing your team. You will receive full training in man management to ensure you can confidently step into a management role and develop your own team.

• Organise production schedules, monitoring and improving productivity

• Ensuring a high standard of health and safety and equipment maintenance

• Experience in supervising or managing a team within a production environment
