Are you seeking a stable and secure role, within a market leading company, which has invested heavily in cutting edge equipment, where you will lead a vibrant and dynamic team, whilst working closely with the other departments such as R&D, Laboratory, Stock Control, Maintenance, to ensure Production lines are run efficiently and safely for the manufacture of high end cosmetic, health and beauty products?

On offer is the opportunity to join an expert manufacturer of Chemical products, supplying to 600 global brands within Health & Beauty sectors. You will be responsible for the management of a production team, in a primarily hands on role which will focus on continuous improvement, effective management of staff and safe manufacture of a range of chemical products.

The role:

• Line manage a production team for the efficient and safe manufacture of chemical products, including the organisation and motivation of your team, allocating training where necessary
• Complete back office administration, such as return to work
• Ensure a high level of quality throughout the production process
• Support continuous improvement
• Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules
• Manage HR processes such as Return to Work

The person:

• Experience managing a Production line or similar
• Background in FMCG manufacturing
• Happy working a 6-2 shift
