Are you a Production / Operations / Maintenance Manager from a Plant / Waste background looking for a technically exciting opportunity within a well-established and growing Waste and Recycling company who offer a bonus to increase your earnings and ongoing progression opportunities across the group?
This company are a specialist waste and recycling company who have sites and clients all over the UK. They have seen continual growth to the point they now have over 750 employees and are looking to further grow their team in this new role due an ever-increasing workload.
In this autonomous role you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and production processes in addition to having a tight-knit team of 3 Plant fitters report directly to you. Further to this you will be responsible for various Project based work as well as liaising with the Heads of Operations and the Managing Director, in this Monday-Friday based role.
This role would suit a Production / Operations / Maintenance Manager from a Plant background looking for an autonomous challenge within a Waste and Recycling company where you will oversee a tight-knit team and can increase your earnings through a bonus.
The Role:
- Overseeing Engineering and Maintenance processes and ensuring targets are achieved
- Have a direct impact on operation of the whole Plant
- Varied project based responsibilities
- Responsible for team of 3 Plant fitters
- Liaise with Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Monday-Friday (days-based)- 47.5 hour week
The Person:
- Production / Operations / Maintenance Manager or similar
- Plant / Waste background
- Commutable to Sittingbourne
