Are you looking to head up Production and be recognised as a thought leader within a market leading business, with autonomy to make your mark, an attractive package, further development / training, and a variety of challenging projects?

As the go-to Production Manager, you will be tasked to increase efficiencies and reduce waste, driving the business forward, through the use of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. With 4 senior reports, you will oversee a team of 50+ employees, responsible for driving performance, disciplinaries and training across the board. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager to play an integral part of the leadership team of a forward-thinking business, that they would be proud to represent.

The company specialise in developing innovative casings for a number of electrical / electronic manufacturers. Having been established for over 50 years, they have built up a fantastic reputation and off the back of continuous success are looking to add to the management team, to drive the business to new heights.

This role would suit a Production Manager or similar with a manufacturing background, looking for an autonomous and rewarding role, within a forward thinking and ambitious company.

The Role:

• Head up a team of around 50 within a production environment
• Use Continuous Improvement tools to increase efficiencies and reduce waste
• 4 direct reports
• Days based role

The Person:

• Production / Operations Manager or similar
• Manufacturing / Engineering background
• Continuous improvement, ideally Six Sigma, Lean etc
