Are you a Production Manager, or a Supervisor / Team leader looking to take the next step up into a management position, and join a family oriented company offering a varied and autonomous role, with opportunities to progress to senior roles and overtime to increase your earnings?
This company specialise in the production of Artisanal Bakery products, supplying a number of their own cafes across the UK as well as collaborating exclusively with a range of blue-chip clients. Since their establishment in 2012, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their Production team to keep up with ever increasing demand.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 Operatives, overseeing the whole production process and ensuring that all KPI activity and efficiency metrics are reached. You will liaise with the Production and Planning departments to ensure the smooth operation of the factory, as well as occasionally assisting with production work as and when required.
This role would suit a Production Manager or similar e.g. Supervisor / Team leader from a Food or FMCG background looking to join a growing business, offering variety within your day-to-day activities and autonomy to stamp your mark on the business, directly impacting future success.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all tasks
- Assisting with planning and procurement to ensure that all sites receive planned allocation
- Implement strategies to optimise production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Shift patterns – 5am to 2pm, 2pm to 11pm or 8pm to 5am – 40 hours per week

- Commutable to Lowestoft
