On offer is the opportunity to join a global Electronics manufacturer, due to consistent growth and internal promotions, they are looking to expand their production management function and succession plan for the future. The company are responsible for both internal product lines as well as contract manufacturing for a range of blue-chip clientele and are looking for candidates eager to progress within the company.
This varied role will see you overseeing a team of up to 40 production staff and 2 supervisors, ensuring that all orders are completed on time at the right cost and quality, you will collate and report relevant KPI data, create staffing plans as well as co-ordinate problem solving activities and liaise with all departments to achieve results.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment, has a background in man-management and are driving by hitting targets, using data, achieving their goals and are looking to join a global company who will give you all the tools to progress and make the most of your career.
