You will be responsible for ensuring all production requirements are met in terms of safety, quality, quantity, cost and time, whilst achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
The role:
- Planning & Scheduling of Production team & schedule
- Ensure excellent levels of quality, health & safety during the production process of specialist polymers
- Manage three teams; Polymer Production Team, CNC Machining Team and Despatch team (30 people in total)
- Resolve possible production issues during the chemical manufacturing process, including advanced CNC lathes
- Deputise for the Group Operations Manager
The person:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or related subject
- Manufacturing / Production Background
- Chemical Engineering experience
