Are you a Production Engineer, Supervisor or Manager, looking for a new role where you can work in a niche and specialist industry, alongside the opportunity to progress and develop your management expertise, where you will be responsible for overseeing the production department of a leading agricultural manufacturer?
Do you have a background in Agricultural, Plant Machinery or Automotive looking to progress in a lucrative industry where you will receive full product training, alongside the support of a knowledgeable and experienced team, with a reliable days routine and site based projects?
The company are well established within the Agricultural Engineering industry, designing and manufacturing bespoke crop spraying and cultivation equipment. With a highly skilled and experienced team to impart knowledge, an opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join the team, managing the day-to-day operation of the factory and producing and implementing a production schedule, adding direct value to a growing business
This role would suit a Production Engineer with an aspiration to become a department leader, or a proven Production manager, looking for the opportunity to apply their knowledge and expertise for a well-established manufacturer of bespoke equipment, where their success, is your success.
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the factory
- Producing and implementing the production schedule
- Ensuring machines are completed on time and to company standards
- Monitoring and improving productivity rates and product quality
- Identify cost savings in production processes
- Building, managing and maintaining the production team

- Background in Agricultural or Manufacturing
