Are you a Production Engineer or similar from a mechanical background looking to join a rapidly expanding company working at the forefront of rail technologies, with clear routes to progress and plenty of guided training available?

In this role you will be working in a hands on production engineer role, optimising engineering processes and supporting in the design and development of manufacturing procedures. You will also be involved in the commissioning of new equipment as well as carrying out training and conducting maintenance on machinery.

This company are a market leading business that specialise in designing, manufacturing and refurbishing equipment for the rail industry. They have grown exponentially over the last 25 years and plan to continue this success for years to come.

This role would suit a Mechanically biased Production Engineer from a manufacturing, industrial or similar background, looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, working with specialist technology offering plenty of training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Optimising engineering processes and conducting rolling stock and machinery maintenance
• Supporting in the design and development of manufacturing processes
• Commissioning new equipment and delivering training
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm, finish at 2:30pm on Friday, 37.5 hours a week
