For over 50 years, this company has amassed expertise and knowledge in their field resulting in industry best advice and instruments. Based in Cambridge with a committed environmental team, this company aims to continue offering a dedicated and skilled technical support to their customers.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include hands on production assistance to manufacturing, fault finding, repairs, introducing improvements to products and solving customer technical support problems. In any given week, there are also opportunities to assist with new product prototyping, testing as well as introducing improvements to product quality.

THE ROLE

• Resolving product faults, finding alternative parts, and repairing failed products
• Introducing improvements to products and product quality
• Solving customer Technical Support and working on product support projects.

THE PERSON

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
• Manufacturing background
• Commutable to Cambridge
