Are you a Process Engineer from a Chemical/ Chemistry background looking to progress as the Lead Process Engineer where you will develop and optimise production and operational excellence across a modern and automated site?
This role would suit a Process Engineer looking to take full responsibility for KPIs and control over standard operating procedures for the operations team, keeping Health and Safety, quality, and cost at the forefront of any improvements for a lower tier COMAH site.
This is a local and varied role where you will be hands on and go to expert leading process and production improvements across a £15 million operating budget.
This role would suit a Process Engineer from a Chemical/ Chemistry background looking for training, autonomy, and the responsibility to learn how to manage a large-scale manufacturing site where you will be instrumental in day-to-day problem solving from national to international continuous improvement projects.
The role: * Develop and optimise production processes * Achieve production KPI’s in line with budgeted process parameters. * Learn and share internal and Industry ‘Best Practice’ for continuous improvement projects
The person: * Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer or Production Engineer similar * Chemical or relevant Engineering discipline/ qualification
