Are you a Printer Engineer with leadership experience looking to be recognised as a go-to expert and head up a team of Engineers in a role that offers a competitive salary, and a variety of work as the responsibility that a senior role brings?

As the Service Manager, you will manage the success of a team of Field Service Engineers covering Birmingham and the Midlands for a well-established, successful market leader in the Photocopier and MFD service industry. Your role will be to handle client relationships and provide technical support to engineers predominantly working out of the Birmingham office, whilst also attending sites on the odd occasion.

This company are the industry leader in the supply, service, and maintenance of a wide variety of technical photocopying and print machinery. They turnover millions and off the back of recent success, are looking towards a bright and profitable future.

This position would suit a Service Engineer with leadership experience and knowledge of either Epsom, Sharp, Ricoh, and Kyocera, who is looking for a management position within a stable and expanding business.

The Role

• Providing technical support to Service Engineers and Clients
• Lead a team of Service Engineers within the print industry
• When required, attending sites and being hands-on

The Person

• Experience servicing either Epsom, Sharp, Ricoh, and Kyocera or similar
• Willing to get hands-on servicing machines out in the field when necessary
• Demonstratable management or leadership skills
