Are you a Systems Engineer or similar with a background in management looking for the opportunity to take the reins and oversee international Defence projects for one of the largest Maritime and Defence Powerhouses in the UK who are providing the opportunity to autonomously manage a highly skilled team and directly impact the future of the Defence industry in the UK?

On a daily basis you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex systems for defence and maritime contracts. You will oversee all planning, designing and monitoring of assigned tasks, ensuring delivery to time, quality and cost whilst directly liaising with internal and external stakeholders. There is the opportunity for Hybrid Working, with 2 days a week needed in the office.
