You will act as a technical authority to develop designs through concept and early-stage design as well as supporting the bidding process, and then contributing to the integration / installation into Naval Ships. This will include Specification, selection and management of external suppliers as required. In addition, manage risk within the project lifecycle and supporting the assessment of sensor and weapon suites for concept designs. In addition, you will act to authorize design documentation, chair and/or contribute to Design Reviews, manage bid responses and representing the department as required.
