In this role, the successful Parts Supervisor/Manager support the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Branch, by ensuring all staff meet daily targets, implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.
This position would suit a Parts Supervisor/Manager that wants to step into Branch Management, with further progression available to regional management and beyond.
Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff
Promote sales and delivery targets, including over counter sales.
Implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.
