As the Parts advisor, you’ll be responsible for driving parts sales and profit goals, managing inventory, and working within a talented team, implementing pricing strategies, creating captivating retail displays, and running engaging promotions.
The Role:
- Responding to customer incoming telephone calls/emails for parts enquiries
- Continually maintains close communication with Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers, and customers to keep them advised of the progress of parts requests
- Assisting customers, identify parts, provide prices and availability
- Advising customers to best value options for service parts
- Maintaining and replenishing stock and parts
The Person:
- Experience within a similar industry
- Knowledge of parts management and aftersales
