£35,000 – £40,000 + Commission OTE £50k – £60k + Car + 25 Days + Laptop + Phone
Field based, covering Bristol, Bath, Taunton, Exeter and surrounding areas
Are you a hands on Panel Builder or similar looking to get off the tools and move into a sales based role, where you can earn commission and use your technical experience to do so, covering a regional patch, with clear progression routes, a warm desk and a work life balance?
With a background in electrical fitting, panel building or similar, you will have the technical knowledge required to converse technically with a variety of clients within the Automation industry. This company are looking to fully invest in you, with full sales training, allowing for you to move away from the tools and into a commercially focused role, with uncapped commission opportunities.
This company have been established for almost a century and have a fantastic reputation within their industry. They are a certified distributor of a market leading brand of PLCs, making it an easy sell for any driven individual.
This role would suit a Panel Builder, Electrical Fitter or similar, who has knowledge of PLCs and who is looking to get into a sales role, with training, commission, autonomy in a field based role and a clear scope to progress further within the company?
DUTIES
* Sales training, allowing for you to get off the tools
* Develop existing business through long standing relationships
* Field based, visiting clients on a daily basis, selling everything from PLCs, HMIs, contactors etc
* Some business development when required (maximum 10% of the role)
PERSON
* Previously worked as a Panel Builder, Electrical Fitter or similar, looking to get into sales
* Happy to cover a South West patch
