The Role:
- Managing diverse teams who are responsible for the printing and processing of films for conversion into finished goods on various specific production lines.
- assign tasks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for the operation of all Factory areas on an assigned shift in terms of production output, quality, cost, delivery, technical, safety
- Provide guidance, training and support to team members as needed
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are monitored, and targets achieved
- Ensure quality standards and specifications for packaging materials are finished to a high standard
The Person:
- Experience in a management/supervisor/leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment
- Flexible to work night and day shift patterns (12 hours)
