Are you an Operations Manager with experience working with Solar PV, looking to step into a highly senior role within a globally leading Engineering / Environmental Consultancy, where you will directly add value, within a versatile role which has excellent progression potential, as the company continues it’s rapid and sustained growth?

Do you have a background in Commercial installation, looking to step into an integral position overseeing a vibrant and expanding team, focused on combining renewable energy and practical technical solutions to deliver solar powered engineering services, offering a collaborative approach to installation and maintenance with its specialist structural, civil, and geotechnical sister company?

On offer is the opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to immediately add value to a team of dynamic and experienced individuals working to deliver 360-degree, and industry-leading solutions across the solar energy markets, with the autonomy to grow and manage the team in an ambitious setting.

The Role:

• Provide profitable operations in line with business plans
• Lead the team and provide daily operational support to Project Managers
• Create and present progress reports to the Board
• Liaise with Health and Safety managers and provide advice and support

The Person:

• Experience working in an Operations Manager position or similar
• Experience working with Solar PV (Commercial Installation)
• Must be happy travelling to sites once or twice per week
