Are you an Operations Manager or similar with experience working with commercial Solar PV install, looking for a multifaceted role in an ever-expanding business known across the UK for providing bespoke solutions across geotechnical, structural, and renewable engineering, partnering closely with their globally-leading parent company who offer generous training and opportunity to scale, develop, and manage their Solar PV business?

Do you have a background in Renewables, looking to step into an integral position overseeing a vibrant and expanding team, focused on combining renewable energy and practical technical solutions to deliver solar powered engineering services, offering a collaborative approach to installation and maintenance with its specialist structural, civil, and geotechnical sister company?

On offer is the opportunity for an experienced General Manager to immediately add value to a team of dynamic and experienced individuals working to deliver 360-degree, and industry-leading solutions across the solar energy markets, with the autonomy to grow and manage the team in an ambitious setting.

The Role:

• Provide profitable operations in line with business plans
• Lead the team and provide daily operational support to Project Managers
• Create and present progress reports to the Board
• Liaise with Health and Safety managers and provide advice and support

The Person:

• Experience working in an Operations Manager position or similar
• Experience with commercial Solar PV install
• Must be happy travelling to sites once or twice per week
